- 2 car parking is provide on the Driveway on left side of Cozy home. Since there are 2 homes on the property, the driveway is typically shared with the Front House. Only 2 Car per property is allowed unblocked. Free street parking, please check signs for weekly street sweeping day. Street parking is required from 2am-6am. Overnight Street Parking Permit can be purchase online in advance with printer for $5 or at the Alhambra Police Department.

Guests will have full access to the entire property during their stay including washer and dryer. Detergent, dryer sheets and bleach are also provided.
