I recently stayed here for a ridiculous sum of money ($547 for ONE night-only because my preferred hotel didn't have anything available.
Let me count the ways Cambria failed:
1. When I called the hotel to request shuttle pick up, I was told that they have no airport shuttle. My search on Expedia included hotels with a shuttle and an included breakfast. When I arrived at the hotel after paying for an Uber on top of the charge for my room, I was told that "the 3rd party listings for our hotel are incorrect - they even state we have a pool when we don't. I've told my manager about this issue but nothing has been updated."
2. No room service - for $547/night, there SHOULD be room service. Had to order dinner via an app and then was notified that my order was ready. No food came so I went to the lobby to check on my order. I was told there's no delivery because there was one guy staffing the bar area and one to cook food.
3. When I ordered on the app, I wasn't informed that items we wanted to order were out - only found that out when I went to the lobby to pick up our order. Then, I asked to be credited back for the items that weren't available, I was told, "I'll try." After about 10 minutes of wrangling with the system, he finally got the 2 out-of-stock items off the bill while our food was growing colder by the minute.
4. Bathroom door in room was so noisy it woke us up at night when someone went to use it.
