This was my third stay at this property, and it’s a family favorite. The proximity to Universal and Warner Bros is unparalleled, but it was also within 20-30 mins of everything…KTown, Little Tokyo, Olivera, LACMA. It’s so nice to stay close to everything, but remain in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. The apartment is adorable, has AC, and is close to many restaurants and stores.

What a great place! Clean, stylish, great kitchen, great location. Walking distance to Whole Foods. Placed between some of the greatest food in Los Angeles. Right next to Warner Brothers Studios and Warner Brothers tours, great property, immaculately, clean, and well kept grounds. Without a doubt one of the best places I’ve stayed in LA.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The location can't be beat! A few minor complaints: The mattress had indents from people sleeping on it, it probably needs to be replaced, the shower knob kept turning making it hard to tell what temperature you were going to get, and it seems like the whole apartment could use a deep clean, lots of dust bunnies in corners. Even with those issues, I would stay here again if we were back in the area.

Love staying here on vacationOnly thing I have to say is the parking situation is difficult. If you have an SUV, it can be difficult. Other than that, it’s so close to the Warner Bros Studio and so many nice restaurants and shops.

Overall, we had a good stay and the location was great. Being able to walk across the street to Warner Bros. was a huge plus, and we were close to everything we wanted to do. The biggest issue was parking. We stayed out late, and each night only the last spot was left. Other vehicles often took up more room than necessary, leaving very little space. The first night I scratched the entire side of my car on the bushes trying to fit and had to crawl out through the back. After that, I parked even closer to the neighboring car to avoid the bushes, which meant neither of us could open our doors and I again had to climb out the back. The rental looks clean on the surface, but some areas could use a deeper cleaning. I dropped my brush beside the bedroom dresser, and it came back covered in dust and hair. I noticed similar areas beside and underneath the bathroom counters. When we removed the couch cushions to make the bed, there was debris between them and some staining. The refrigerator could also have been cleaner. Guests are also asked to start the laundry and dishwasher before leaving. Considering the price of the stay, I was surprised by this, as I would expect those tasks to be included with the professional cleaning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the convenient location. Just be aware that parking can be very tight, particularly if you return later at night, and the rental could benefit from a more thorough cleaning between guests.
