Please send our team a message prior to booking this home. Please do not request a reservation without speaking with the Home Manager. Please note that you may be asked to sign supplemental terms prior to entry of the property depending on the booking platform you are booking on. Signing these terms is required before entry is given. Additionally, you may be asked to pay for your credit card processing fee after booking.

In an effort to keep our properties in good condition and to maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood, we have a few rules in place. It is important to understand these, so please be sure to read the descriptions of each rule as well.

No parties. No visitors. No unapproved guests.
All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government-issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list.
If you want to have a guest, then you will need to submit their names prior to booking. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. So, please let us know if you want to have guests and, if so, then how many. We are very strict on our guest policy because it helps us maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood. It also helps us stay well within the limits of the law. If a property goes over capacity, then we will become at risk of losing our permit and we will have to ask you to leave.

No smoking, vaping, or the like

You are in a high brush fire zone. Smoking outdoors or inside is strongly prohibited. We also prohibit the use of vapes, e-cigarettes, and the like. We have state of the art smoke detectors that are hypersensitive to all vapors and gases. If the alarms in these detectors are set off, then it will notify the fire department and we will be charged $500. And if we find out that the alarm was caused by some infraction of our rules, then the person who triggered the alarm will be charged $500.

Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 7:00am
Once again, this is to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all of the guests at the property and a peaceful presence within the neighborhood.

Day of Arrival:
During check-in, only the person who has made the booking can be checked in and only the person who has made the booking will be asked to confirm their identity by showing the host their physical ID. Again, this is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us as we follow our safety procedures and work to maintain a secure environment.

Check-In: Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.

Check Out: 11:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 11:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.

Cleanliness:

We increased our cleaning to include wiping down of all surfaces with very hot water in addition to professional grade disinfectant cleaners. We wash all towels and linens regardless of their appearance: we will wash them whether or not they appear to be used - believe it or not many hotels/rentals do not do that. We are making sure all door handles and high touchpoint areas are all being given extra attention. Our staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings when they are inside of the home. We have always had very high cleaning standards and are proud to say that these standards go above and beyond what the CDC recommends.

When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies to each platform. No refund within 60 days of check-in, if you book on our website.
Security Deposit ($500 USD)

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.

Very Dissapointed

Check in was at best extremely difficult. Property manager was condescending in their communications over several issues that happened during our stay. The neighborhood is not safe. Had homeless people staying right outside the home. Killed two roaches the first night. Neighbors parking in front of the driveway, blocking us in. Had 5" of standing water in my shower and was told I can just remove the drain cover and clean it out myself next time.

Clean & convenient

Location convenient to the long beach convention center and sunset village area.Loved that each of the 4 bedrooms had at least a half bath. Full kitchen & laundry. Small patio with beautiful roses to enjoy coffee or cocktail.The neighborhood photos on google are circa 2022 and should be updated bc it made us hesitant to book. We did not have any issues and would stay again.

Great house for family

Our first time in Long Beach and we wanted to be close to family. The location was very close to family and the house itself is wonderful. There were some kinks but nothing that would keep us from renting again.The location was okay. It's not in the most walkable area but it was perfect for our week stay. The inside is beautiful and remodeled. There is a table and chairs out front if you want to sit outside. The beds are large and comfortable. The bathrooms are updated and clean. We used the fridge and the washer and dryer which were great for a longer trip. There wasn't an ironing board and iron. We didn't bring one since that was something in the description, but they had a steamer. The kitchen is stocked and bathrooms had bathwash, shampoo, and conditioner. I did need to message for an update to get entrance to the house which came after 4pm and 4pm was check-in time. We had to be somewhere at 430pm so had to skip stopping by the house till after. There were no parking instructions so we had to message again.The pros: Central to so many things in Long Beach, and it's central if you're travling to Disney, Knott's Berry Farm, or downtown Los Angeles. Close to major highways and there are many food options in driving distance. Parking spot is within a gate. Beautiful and clean house.The cons: There was no garage and only 1 parking space if it's availabile. There is little to no street parking. Fixtures in 1 bathroom not fixed to wall.

Like being home

My family was in town for memorial. It was a very tough time for the entire family. Having a comfortable, clean, warm and inviting environment. My parents are older and my daughter is a teen. It was comfortable for everyone and could have privacy when needed. Any issue we had the management team had immediate response. Amazing service. Definitely will be staying here again!
