Great space to stay!

Overall the house was just what we needed! The only hiccup was the listing had that there was a futon in one of the rooms and a pullout couch in another but the pullout couch was just a chaise lounge. The host provided an air mattress though so it all worked out. The floors were a little dirty/sticky in areas but overall the place was clean and well maintained. We would definitely recommend this house to others while staying in the LA area.

Cute clean updated property with four suites and comfortable beautiful rooms with full amenities clean sheets towels blankets pillows tvs in every room enough space for our family of five to spread out and rest at ease will definitely use again next time we need to be in area bonus beautiful cozy courtyard outdoor private area to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful southern Cali weather addtl bonus was able to check in two hours early to relax easily thank you for a wonderful break from our road trip

Well equipped and clean house

Communication was excellent. The home is spacious with a nice patio area. Well equipped and clean. Our big family enjoyed the ample room. Beds were comfortable with nice linens. The neighborhood is quiet. I plan on staying here again.

Perfect for us

This property is exactly what we needed for our family. We traveled with our whole family which included our 3 kids and their spouses and our grandchildren. So the 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms at this house were perfect for us. We would stay there again

Breeders Cup vacation

The property was very clean anf in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our only issue was there is something going on with the sewer system. The showers did not drain well. But other than that, I would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Had issues with using keypad entry into house. Ended up using only front door. Few minor repairs that need to be addressed but will let owner know so he can fix. Each bedroom had its own private bath and a tv which was a nice plus. Living and dining room worked for our group of 5 but listing said sleeps 12 and can’t see how more than 4 couples and may a couple kids could sleep there. Location fine. Felt safe and neighborhood was quiet.

Nice location good for our needs

We had a family wedding in the area. The house has 4 bedrooms with each one having its own bathroom was perfect for our stay. Two Couples (Sister and I with our husbands) and our mom were able to enjoy time together since we all live in different states while having the space needed to get ready for the wedding and save money by making food at home. There were a few drawbacks - 1. Every bedroom has a locked door except one. It seems nice, but a bit overkill. Multiple times doors got locked accidently. 2. Some standard items seemed to be missing - kleenex, kitchen towel or paper towel/napkins, pans for the oven/stove (although we didn't look too hard for them so they may have been somewhere), and extra garbage bags. 3. The floor seemed dirty. Our white socks were black for a day or two (maybe it was actually some sort of finish since the floor is dark?) and there was some leftover items under the bed/futon in a couple of the rooms. Overall, it was a good stay. We enjoyed the area nearby, it had enough room for us all, and overall the bedrooms were comfortable. There is laundry which we used to help make our trip home easier. If we are in the area again and need a home of this size, we will definitely consider staying here. One thing to the owner - there was a lady who was there to clean before the check out time. We felt rushed to leave. Based on the drawbacks above, I'd suggest a review of what she is (or isn't) cleaning.

Great place for family

We recently stayed in this beautiful home. The house is big and had enough space for my whole family. We stayed two nights. Super clean, nice neighborhood, and roomie definitely recommended.

Our stay at 1227 Marbury, West Covina

This was our first to use Vrbo and we were glad we made the right choice. Property is well kept, clean and was the right size for our family gathering. It's fenced thus kept the privacy we needed. Also, very close proximity to shopping centers so made it easy to drive and picked up last minute essentials. Host was also very considerate and responsive.

Excellent Stay

The house was perfect for myself & daughter along with her 3 friends ages 17-20. Loved having 4 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. Was perfect for getting ready each day for our concerts. Had an issue with one of the beds being broken the night we arrived at 10:30pm - messaged owner expecting a response in the morning due to late hour but received response within 10mins and issue was resolved the following morning. A+ stay

Great House Perfect Layout

This house was ideal for my family and I am sure it will be for yours too. It is located in West Covina nice neighborhood located to many great destinations. I appreciated the 4 bedrooms and 4 seperate bathrooms, it made getting ready much easier and gave everyone in thegroup much more privacy. I also had my 3 year old grandson and appreciated the courtyard/patio area that is enclosed as well as the fact that the house is a single story with maximum isolation for the layout for privacy. The host had made personal touches that made us feel at home away from home, such as providing a Christmas tree and holiday lights on the house. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed with furnishings and TVs for downtown enjoyment. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definately recommend this house for your family!
