We had an absolutely wonderful stay, the home was gorgeous, and so was the view, it was bigger than i thought, and the host was great and very responsive, check in and parking was also super easy, will definetly stay again next time im in town

Great location with a patio looking out into the marina! However, I do have a concern. The internet is terrible slow at this property. We weren't able to watch the Smart TV, and when we tried to watch from the apps from our devices, there were problems with streaming.

My family and I enjoyed this VRBO so much. It was perfect location right on the Marina yet very quiet. It was also really close to a lot of fun things, including eclectic Venice Beach. The communication with the property manager was prompt and super polite. I would recommend this location and if we go back, we would rent here again.

Our family of 5 stayed there in early December 2025. The hosts were easy to communicate with and everything was as advertised. The location is excellent and I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in that area.

There was a full marina view which was lovely. The apartment was a large two bedroom, somewhat dated but a well stocked kitchen and good beds. Great walking in the neighborhood and close to Trader Joe’s and the beach. Perfect for a family and dog friendly! It was super nice we had a free off street place to park our car.

The location of this property was fabulous. The apt was clean, however the 2 bedrooms had carpeting that was well worn and could be replaced. The deck overlooking the marina was perfect. We enjoyed watching the boats and the lively wild life. Also so fun for people and dog watching. Parking was easy and loved that it was covered. The only other concern was that it was a bit humid and. The unit doesn’t have central air. We did have humidifiers in each room. They did help, but filled up with water somewhat quickly so you couldn’t leave them on for long periods of time. The ground are beautiful and feel very safe.

We enjoyed our stay in Marina Del Rey. We had a few issues finding the right parking garage which was a bit confusing but once we figured it out all was well. Early check in would have been an additional charge which was disappointing since we were flying across country and had a party to attend but again it all worked out. The property is as pictured. There are lovely outdoor amenities (pool/hot tub/grill) all clean and beautiful. The location is perfect. The view from the dining/couch area incredible and the kitchen well appointed. The two bathrooms were very helpful and hard to come by. We would stay again. Thanks!

The apartment has front view to the Marina which is great. The parking is inside and very convenient. The instructions at arrival were very clear and the access was easy. The bed was super comfortable. We couldn’t find the gym if it has one. The drying machine didn’t work. The AC are portable (not central). Beautiful neighborhood. Overall very reasonable for the price.

It was an especially long drive to SoCal duecto holiday traffic but host made accommodations for a very late check-in! Representative kindly stayed in communication throughout our “journey” to see what our ETA was & promptly met us (1am!).The place was perfect for out family of 5 and the view of boats from the living room was great! Nearby plenty of amenities and easy access to everywhere! An excellent area to explore neighboring areas around Marina Del Rey and was just 20 minutes from UCLA! We enjoyed our family time and will definitely return!

The apartment is nice and spacious. The host did not send in check-in details ahead of time so we had to wait in the parking lot for almost an hour at check-in time trying to get in touch with him. If you don't receive detailed in instructions in advance, be sure to reach out before you arrive because the host is hard to get in touch with. It's also worth noting the laundry is NOT in the unit so that isn't as convenient as I was hoping (can't just throw it in and leave for hours bc it's in a public space) and so I didn't end up using it. If I had known that I would have packed differently.

A wonderful host with excellent communication, a fantastic and quiet location, and a spacious and clean unit with everything you need and everything working just as promised. Beds and couch were comfy! Covered parking and laundry was a great bonus. Great walking area, close walk to beach, short drive to shops and dining. The only nitpicky thing I have to say—the apartment could use a touch more “wow” factor for the price compared to other places we have stayed. Again, nothing negative, just a little more sparkle, tasteful and thoughtful touches in decor, towels, maybe an alternative to finicky vertical blinds (include curtains?) and then of course adding some furniture in several bare spaces like the kitchen, would go a long way to bring it up to the level of warmth and hospitality to match everything else. That said, I’d much rather stay at this place instead of a superficially stylish place without them. So if these things don’t matter to you at all, consider this unit absolutely AMAZING!

We found many problems with this very expensive 9-night stay.- First of all, it is an apartment, not an owned unit.- The local contact person couldn’t find my reservation at first, then gave me incorrect wi-fi info, then texted that there was no gym despite the listing saying there were two gyms, and then stopped answering my texts for the rest of my stay.- The key fob doesn't always work from the garage to ride the elevator up and the key didn't work in the door so we were stuck at times waiting for a passer-by to use their key fob. - There were no bikes nor kayaks as advertised in the listing.- The sliding door lock was broken in the master bedroom to the outside balcony which felt unsafe as this unit is on the first floor.- The laundry dryer was broken - it didn't spin and dry clothes. - Kitchen sink disposal didn’t work so it got smelly as the days went on. - When I reached out to the VRBO listing contact, I was told that the apartment building maintenance technician would “arrive at any time”. He arrived and fixed these problems on day 8 of my 10-day stay. - Several boxes showed up for the tenant while we were there so we kept having to bring them inside.Needless to say, that was a waste of money and we would never stay there again,

This listing should be removed and the host should not be allowed to post any further listings. Many parts of the listing were false. When we complained, the host changed the listing. The listing stated central AC and heat. There is no heat and the AC comes from portable units in each room. The ac units have a tube coming from them that goes out of the window. There are holes in the windows, so any noise is multiplied. This unit is directly above the entrance to the parking garage. The tube in the 2nd bedroom does not allow for the balcony door to close fully or lock. So basically, you are on the main floor with an unlocking door. Very dangerous, especially when traveling with children. The listing also said that gym access is provided. There is no gym access. The pool was closed for major repairs. The entire unit is run down and smells terrible. Mist likely this is due to the mold growing on the carpet in the primary bedroom from the portable AC unit. The kitchen cabinets and appliances are filthy and sticky. Don’t try to get in touch with the host because he will ignore your messages until you get VRBO involved. I am still waiting on a refund from this host because we ran as fast as we could from this unit to stay in a hotel.

Amazing area, great property / area. I feel as my experience was unique. I had a late check in, communication was great with the host / caretaker. After a tiresome 4hr drive, I followed the self check-in instructions. Parked in designated area stall 37 as included on the instructions (I would later receive a parking violation for parking in the spot). After getting to our room the keys provided did not fit the lock. I reached out to the caretaker Liam and he arrived in about 15 minutes after some convincing that the keys were not correct. A correct pair was provided. We were not aware that the portable coolers we have to have their condensation buckets emptied every couple of hours. First morning at the property an eviction noticed was served and posted on the door. Thankfully I was only there for a couple of days so our stay did not have to be cut short. An hour later, maintenance came to service a ticket, we were not given a heads up. The following morning another carrier from a legal firm came to drop off some more paperwork that needed a signature but since we were not the parties involved, they left a delivery attempt notice paper with us. When I contacted the caretaker Liam about the parking violation, I received no response. I reached out to the host and they apologized and said they'd follow up with Liam. I have a 5 month old, so I was worried about getting my vehicle towed and being stranded in a city I am not from. No resolution was found, nor was advised on what do
