Perfect place for a small group to stay

Place was super clean and cute! We only stayed one night but the arrangements were perfect! Wished we were able to stay longer but it was booked.

Excellent Glendale location!

Great location in Glendale with free parking and excellent host. Really enjoyed our stay. Some of the furniture is a bit dated, but everything works well and the host was super accommodating and easy to work with. Definitely would stay again!

Great 3 day stay in this condo. Clean, equipped, and comfortable. The parking is a real bonus this close to the Americana and the Galleria.

Amazing Host and Stat!

Kali was extremely helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed staying at this location, it's clean and very close to shops and restaurants. The building is secure and it is very comfortable. Thank you!

Clean and convenient location

Conveniently located and spacious rental. We arrived and the place wasn’t cleaned yet but the manager, Khali, answered the phone right away and was able to get the place taken care of for us. The location is very close to the Americana mall and many restaurants with easy access to the freeways.

Great host!

The host is very very responsive, and answers questions and fulfill your demands in a very timely fashion. The location is awesome. Less than 10 minutes walk to a major shopping mall, and very close to universal studio. The place itself is modern and clean. I would personally book it every time I visit LA.

Great location, parking for two cars included!

Safe location within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Perfect location if visiting studios, Griffith Observatory/Park. Unit is spacious; clean. Minor carpet stains which were reported to owner’s attention. Would definitely stay again!

Rose Bowl weekend

We had a short stay but the place was just what we were looking for. Close to downtown dining & shops. It was very clean overall, except for the carpeting in the bedrooms which was old and stained & probably needs to be replaced at this point. It would be 5 stars all around aside from that.

Great location

Love the location and reserved parking. The street noise is loud in the main bedroom and the condo needs better cleaning. Also need to add towel bars in the bathroom for hand towels and another bath towel.

Satisfied and beyond!

Our stay at the Louise Street property was a pleasure. Walking to Brand for dining and shopping was a breeze and we enjoyed the holiday decor there! The condo had everything we needed; kitchen ware, plenty of towels, laundry supplies, and clean comfortable furniture. It is located in a safe area with underground parking, and the overall development was quiet and well maintained. We used it as a home base to visit family in Highland Park as well as lots of attractions in nearby LA. Very convenient! Thank you for providing us with a wonderful and memorable stay!

Mixed use visit

We had to postpone the 1st trip because of significant weather. However Kali was so nice about rescheduling. My husband was able to use it for a combo work/pleasure and loved it. The location was just great! He did not bring the correct clothes for Spagos but Nordstrom s was across the street at the Americana. He ubered everywhere but the free parking was great for our daughter who lives in LA to use when they spent time together and ate at one of the many great restaurants in the area!

Location was perfect. Need clearer instructions on how to enter parking garage. I had to lug my luggage into building to get the garage door remote. There is no parking available to just run up and get the remote. The silverware and some pots were not clean, looks like someone put them away dirty. The balcony door seal was broken, therefore the door did not shut all the way. So it was loud at night and could be dangerous. The rest of the house was great, very roomy and comfortable. Made Kali aware of my concerns.

Good location, nice spacious unit

The property was located conveniently for us as we were going to the rose parade in Pasadena. It was a few blocks to a large shopping mall, restaurants and coffee shops. The unit was quite spacious and comfortable. It was described as modern but some of the furniture was definitely flea market stuff with a lot of kitschy decor. The chest of drawers in the master was falling apart and would have been better removed as there was plenty of closet space although very few hangers. Towels were quite old and mismatched. We had hoped for coffee in the unit but it was an old nespresso maker and no pods. Kali sent over pods but they didn’t fit the nespresso (not easy to find unless you order them). Was nice that he tried and did offer money for coffee shop. With a few small fixes this could be an even better accommodation.

Spacious Condo…Incredible Location!

A very spacious condominium in one of the most incredible locations! Very easy check-in and check-out. Clean. Quiet. Great A/C. Large bedrooms. Lovely master bathroom with plenty of counter space. Nice waterfall faucet in 2nd bathroom. Extra large closets. Plenty of towels and linens. Loved the contemporary kitchen that was very well supplied with all the appliances one could think of or need. Big, clean refrigerator/freezer. Extra large washer and dryer. Huge, comfortable sofa with a widescreen TV. Reliable WiFi. Beautiful dining room table. Awesome to have 2 designated parking spaces in the secured garage, so no worries about possibly damaging our rental car. This was one of the most incredibly well located properties we’ve ever stayed at. Literally, hundreds of places to eat and shop, within only 1-4 blocks from this property. The variety and choices of places to eat are a Foodie’s Dream Come True. Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Mexican, Armenian, American, BBQ, Sports Bars, Delis, Burgers galore, Boba, Ice Cream, Desserts…Yes! We were in Heaven! It was over 100°, so we drove the few blocks during the day, and walked in the evening. Highly recommend 85c for pastries! Amazing amount of shopping areas, including the swanky Americana Mall. So much fun! Kali was just the kindest, coolest person! Flexible. Thoughtful. Very rapid communication. Highly recommend this property. With our heartfelt thanks again, Kali, for making our short family holiday such a blast!!!
