Stor comfy Topanga Canyon Getaway nära State Park och Stilla havet

Detta är en rymlig 2 våningar, 3 sovrum 2. 5 bad familj hem i ett lugnt område i konstnär enklav, Topanga Canyon. Vi är på gångavstånd (1 km) till Topanga Community House, plats för många populära evenemang, inklusive den berömda Topanga Days-festivalen planerad under Memorial Day-helgen. Den berömda Theatricum Botanicum ligger också gångavstånd och den legendariska sjöjungfrun Tavern ligger tvärs över gatan från vårt hus. Huset ligger 6 km från både US 101 och den fantastiska Pacific Coast Highway. Nära vandring, mountainbike och surfing.

Utrymmet
Det finns ett stort sovrum på övervåningen med sitt eget privata två handfat badrum med badkar och en öppen duschkabin, ner i korridoren finns två dubbelsäng gäst sovrum med tillgång till ytterligare ett badrum utanför korridoren. Nedervåningen hittar du ett stort bekvämt vardagsrum med öppen spis och ett flygel. Golven är färdiga med saltillo-brickor i vardagsrummet och matsalen och bambuplankan i köket och familjerummet. Familjerummet har en 48-tums Roku smart-TV med Netflix och Amazon. Det finns en Google Home-enhet och höghastighets Wi-Fi. Köket är välfylt med ett intilliggande 1/2 badrum nere. Massiva 65 "däck utanför med en 500 gallon Hot Springs Grandee badtunna, Propan Fire Pit, vandrande trädgårdar, BBQ och ett stort trädhus! Fantastisk utsikt överallt. Husdjur är tillåtna enligt vår policy. Vi har en stor inhägnad gård.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely and well equipped home in Topanga. Kris and Diana were warm and generous hosts, and the home had literally everything that we needed from towels to pillows to pots and pans. As a guest who visited for dinner said, the home is beautiful but in a way that feels relaxed and unfussy. We plan to stay there again in the future!

The location was out of city but not a far drive. The hosts were awesome they kept in touch and helped with any issues that came up. The house is well loved and had character. The tree house was more for looks and deck was a little old. Our overall stay was perfect and i would recommend to anyone who enjoys nature over city.

A Wonderful Home

This is such a comfortable home for a stay in the LA area. And it is truly a unique home that makes you feel like settling in for your stay. We’ve stayed in many vrbo homes in the States and Europe and this has become our favorite. We were a group that included grandparents, young couples and a small child and everyone enjoyed their stay. Everything is as described in the listing, the house is very well equipped with everything you need, hosts are very welcoming and helpful and the area is really enjoyable. We could not recommend it more highly.

Cute house

The property was great, loved it for having coffee on the porch and hanging out with nature. The owner was cool and notified me when people were supposed to get in the backyard to water all the plants due to extreme hot weather conditions.

Amazing!

Get away from the city and enjoy this beautiful, home! Inside is cozy and comfortable! The back deck is so relaxing with the tropical setting. Hot tub and table tennis were a bonus! The hikes up the streets to peacock hunt were an adventure as well! :) Great spot to unplug!

Clean and comfortable home in Topanga

Clean and comfortable home with a lot of character. Beautiful views all around the house. Well equipped kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. Hosts were very responsive, and even decorated for Thanksgiving, which was a nice touch.

Amazing family house in the canyon

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood with great outdoor space. Hot tub and outdoor fire bowl were nice for the cool weather we had. The house itself is well stocked and very clean. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and made check in easy. It was perfect for our family.

Magical house!

We had an amazing stay! It was Grandma, grandpa, and our daughter and her family! We loved the hot tub, ping pong, the swing, and the beautiful views of the birds and flowers! Being lulled to sleep by the frogs at night! The house itself has a great energy! The owners couldn’t have been more responsive and kinder! Such a great experience!

A Really Nice Topanga Canyon Stay

We are local to L.A., and needed to vacate our own home for a couple of weeks and found Kris and Diana’s listing in Topanga Canyon. We feel like we made a great choice. The house is very comfortable and fully stocked, the location ideal if you are looking for access to both the beaches and the tourist attractions of Universal City and Hollywood. The hosts checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed and offer information on places to eat, places to hike, etc. They very much made us feel like their home was our home for the time we were there. Check in and check out could not have been easier. If you are looking for a Topanga Canyon experience, this is a fine choice.

What a beautiful home! Diana and Kris were such gracious hosts! Everything about my stay was even better than I had expected. The property is gorgeous and so peaceful. The outdoor space is epic with breathtaking views. The flora and fauna were spectacular. Hearing the wild peacocks call while the mist rolled through the canyons was an enchanted experience. The communication and accommodation offered by Kris and Diana was fantastic, and they made my stay so very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will return!

Slice of paradise

My family and I, including a 13 month old baby, stayed in this beautiful home. We had an incredible visit, everything we needed was available, We took advantage of the hot tub outside, as well as all of the anomalies in the house. My family stayed up doing puzzles, and enjoyed all the walking available around us. I highly recommend this property, as the owners of the property, or extremely accommodating and friendly as well.

Fantastic Home and Fantastic Hosts

The home was even better then described or the pictures. It had everything needed and more. The whole place was so clean and had all the things we needed to cook, BBQ, or just Relax and I have a great time. The outside was awesome, gas fire pit, hot tub, even ping pong table. The Hosts were there for us if we had any questions before and during our stay. They also gave us plenty of information to make my wife's 65th birthday the greatest. The last part of the road getting to the place is a little rough, but if you go slow you will enjoy the ride and even see some wildlife. Don't miss going to Cafe on 27 just up the road. The hosts told us about it and it was great for Breakfast. It will take you about 1 hour from the home to most places in the Hollywood, Santa Monica area, the 101 and PCH do have traffic but just enjoy the scenery on your way. Santa Barbara is a great little town for a day trip. This place is awesome and the stars at night are so bright and beautiful from the Hot tub. Kris and Diana I just want to thank you for making my wife's 65th the greatest birthday so for in her life. We are planning on coming in 2 years to celebrate my 75th birthday. Ed and Cindy

Beautiful Stay in Beautiful Topanga

We were hoping for a break from our east coast city life in a completely different environment. Kris and Diana's house gave us exactly what we needed! The house is spacious, homey and comfortable with everything we could possibly want. The property is just beautiful. Kris and Diana were always responsive to any concern we had, it was truly a pleasure to be there. When we left it felt like we were leaving our home. If we're ever in the area again we would definitely want another visit.
