The property was fantastic. It was quiet, peaceful, easy enough to find, stylishly decorated.The only issue had was getting issued the incorrect lockbox access code to access in my Welcome message, which led to a delayed entry and my having to get in touch with the owner (via help of VRBO customer service). However, that resolved and the rest of the stay was great!! Hope to get back one day if need a place in that area. Really is a perfect place for small families.

Lovely, quiet stay with all the necessary amenities. Photos are accurate, location is super quiet. Hosts are kind, thoughtful and responsive. It was like a home away from home as it had everything you needed. Air conditioning was ice cold! Great water pressure in the shower. Private driveway parking. Close enough to Los Angeles, but far enough for some peace and quiet.I would absolutely book this property again.

Excellent Work Stay

We needed a house to stay for a few non-local crew members for a film shoot. We didn't spend much time in the house, but it was clean and organized with plenty of amenities for us. We had a little hiccup with the lockbox but the owner was responsive immediately and we solved within minutes. The internet was a little flaky in one of the rooms, just as a caution for anyone planning on doing virtual work in the house, but there was no problem with cell signal. Lots of great access to hikes and a small bodega/market and restaurant in walking distance. We didn't take advantage of them for this stay but it was cool to see it was there! Overall loved communication with the owner, the place was clean and excellent to stay in for a group of people.

Quiet and comfortable house

The house was very clean which is number one for me when picking a place. Some nice touches like a basket with snacks that the teenager was very happy about. Such a quiet neighborhood and had a great view.

Wonderful home

This house was perfect for our Thanksgiving family reunion. The layout of the house is really nice - the master bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms which share a bathroom. We were able to very comfortable fit five adults and an infant. The kitchen is easy to cook in and the living room has a great view into the nature preserve behind the backyard. We made good use of the backyard and grill. The only detractor were the many earwigs that made their way into the house. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host's quick responses.

Nice place!

Nice and clean place in a quiet area with great views. Although the AC did not work the entire stay, we were able to make due during the night leaving windows open. I am not docking the review because I didn’t reach out to try and have it fixed. We worked 10-12 hour days and it was late by the time we got there.
