Accessibility Notice:
Guests must climb approximately 4 to 5 steps to access the apartment. The stairs are manageable for most guests but may not be suitable for those with mobility limitations.
Guest Limits and Conduct:
Maximum of 2 overnight guests
Up to 3 daytime visitors allowed
All guests and visitors must comply with City noise and outdoor activity regulations
Outdoor amenities and any noise producing activities are not permitted between 10 PM and 8 AM
Host Rules:
PMI Mission Viejo charges a nonrefundable Damage Coverage fee of $69 per stay or per month in place of a security deposit
Pets require prior approval. Maximum of 2 pets with a combined weight limit of 25 pounds. An additional $150 fee applies once approved
A valid photo ID and credit or debit card are required for check in and property access. Documents may be uploaded during pre check in or provided upon arrival

We meet guests at the property for check in to ensure a smooth arrival. During this brief meeting, we do a quick ID check, help you access the property, and go over any important details or questions. After check in, we remain available by phone or message if anything comes up during your stay.
