Additionally, For stays exceeding 28 days, we kindly request our guests to cover utility costs during their visit. Security Deposit：

A security deposit of $1,000 is required for long-term stays. This deposit is fully refundable, provided the property is returned in its original condition. We trust you will treat the space as if it were your own, and in return, we will ensure your deposit is returned promptly after your departure.

Spacious Stay

This house is very spacious. One bedroom has an attached full bathroom, which was nice. The host was amazing to work with, allowing us to book last minute. It was a bit hard to find the house number from the street but easy to enter with a coded entry. No need for keys. There was plenty of parking available in the driveway. I was suprised by peacocks in the area when we arrived. There was one on the roof but he didnt bother us at all. He made some sounds but was quiet at night. The patio and yard need a little TLC but I can see the potential in this area. Location was great. We had a fun weekend and enjoyed our concert.
