The Space:

Experience the best of Los Angeles in this fully furnished studio, ideally located just one minute from the Hollywood Walk of Fame and Dolby Theatre. This stylish and comfortable space features a king-size bed, a spacious living area with two lounge chairs, and ample closet space for all your belongings. Enjoy modern comforts like a 40” Roku TV, 100% cotton linens and towels, and a fully equipped kitchen with all essentials (dishwasher not included). Stay cool with a portable air conditioner, and take advantage of the building’s on-site laundry room, responsive management team, and on-site representative. Optional add-on services, including cleaning, sheet washing, and Wi-Fi, are available for an additional fee.



Guest Access:

You will have the entire apartment to yourself.

Located at 1759 Orchid Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90028, this studio places you in the heart of Hollywood. Step out your door and onto the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, visit the Dolby Theater, or take a short drive to Universal Studios and Runyon Canyon. Enjoy the vibrant local dining and nightlife scene, with trendy restaurants and bars just steps away. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this location provides unparalleled access to LA’s most famous attractions.



Getting Around:

1759 Orchid Ave is exceptionally well-connected, making it easy to navigate the city. The Hollywood/Highland Metro Station is just a few blocks away, providing convenient access to the Red Line and connecting you to downtown Los Angeles and beyond. Major freeways are also easily accessible, making commutes and travel a breeze. Additionally, the neighborhood is very walkable and bike-friendly, with plenty of ride-sharing options and public transportation services available. For those who prefer to drive, there are numerous parking facilities in the area, ensuring that getting around is always convenient and hassle-free.



Other Things to Note:

PARKING:

While there is no parking in the building, you have a couple of convenient options: A monthly parking spot rental is available for $250/month. The building shares a lot with the Hollywood & Highland Shopping Center (Ovation Hollywood), offering a range of hourly and daily parking options ($2 every 20 minutes; $6 per hour; daily maximum of $20), providing the easiest parking solution for your stay.



SUPPLIES:

Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availability before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc.) not included.



APPLICATION AND FEES:

**All guests are required to complete an application, which includes a credit and background check. The application fee is $39.99. Additionally, guests must complete an identity verification process.

**A $1,250 security deposit will be added to all booking reservations. This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, less any deductions for damages. It must be paid directly to the host upon booking confirmation and will be returned within 21 days after move-out. Please note: the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

**All guests must sign a lease agreement directly with the host and agree to all terms and conditions outlined therein.

**Pets are welcome in our units! A refundable $500 pet deposit will be required, along with a pet rent of $2.16 per pet, per night.

**Optional housekeeping service is available for $299 per visit. This includes deep cleaning, fresh linens and towels, and restocking of essential cleaning and grooming supplies.



OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

**Move in after 4 pm.

**Move out by 11 am.

**Early check in/ late check out are each $75 subject to availability.

**This space is non-smoking.

**Please note that you will be charged for any damages to linens, cookware, furniture, fixtures or other items that we find after you check out.
