The space
This beautiful home has two living areas and plenty of sleeping accommodations to accommodate the whole family!

LIVING SPACES.
Living Room off the entry has deep comfy couches and views to the outdoor dining.
Everyone can gather together in the Great Room which contains a Family TV area, a large dining table that seats 8-12, and Chef's kitchen with an island with seating for four and a prep. sink, along with high-end appliances.

Primary Bedroom - Cal King bed with TV & en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2 - Twin-over-Full bunk
Bedroom 3 - Cal King bed
Bedroom 4 - Twin Daybed with twin trundle & spacious desk workspace for two!

Three Full Baths:
Primary bath - double vanity with large shower
Bath 2 - (hall bath) Soaking tub/shower combo, single vanity
Bath 3 - (guest bath) has a single vanity and a barrier-free shower

OUTDOOR SPACE.
Enjoy the beautiful mountain views and sunsets in this stunning backyard. Have a cookout in the outdoor kitchen that includes a BBQ, sink and beverage refrigerator. Eat alfresco with the outdoor dining set that seats eight. Gather around the mesmerizing fire feature under the stars! There is plenty of comfy seating to lounge around the pool. The pool and spa have all the bells and whistles including water features, LED lighting and spa-side controls. The pool and spa can also be controlled from a panel inside the house. There is a pool safety cover that can cover the pool, as required.

THE AREA.
Located in the Conejo Valley, this spot is about halfway between Santa Barbara and Los Angeles, so it is a perfect home base to explore SoCal! Its only a 20-minute drive to Malibu and gorgeous beaches. We have an amazing micro-climate here. We get all the sunny warmth of being slightly inland, but we get those amazing cool ocean breezes. You're going to love it!

Other things to note:
Spa Heating: ***Policy Updated*** The spa is heated on demand and take about a half hour to 45 min. to heat up. It is on a three-hour timer. The fee for the use of the spa heating is $25/day. Please be mindful to turn off heat and jets if not in use. Excessive heating of the spa may incur additional fees, as it is only meant to be heated during use.

Pool Heating: The pool may be heated by request at least 24 hours in advance. The fee for heating is $50/day from September to May and $30/day from June to August and will be heated for the duration of your stay.

Accessory Dwelling Unit: There is a detached accessory dwelling unit on the property that is rented full-time with a separate entrance and is separate and private from the main home.
