The Aviator; Sweeping Ocean Views Above The Clouds

The Aviator. Unlike any other property you`ve ever stayed in. Nearly 2000ft up in the clouds, with soaring ocean views as far as the eye can see. 2 main bedrooms, an office, and a secret room hidden behind a bookshelf, all just as comfortable and unique as the house itself. Including a bohemian style pool, outdoor theater, fire pit, and barbeque station, all nestled on top of the ridges of the Santa Monica/Malibu mountain range.
*The house is located at the end of a dedicated private road 3 minutes from the PCH, personalized directions will be given upon booking

We would really appreciate all guests to follow the following rules;

1) Any sort of event, extra visitors, or extra guests, must be mentioned to us and approved ahead of time.

2) Pets allowed for added cleaning fee

3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar indoors.

4) Quiet hours: 10pm to 7am

5) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 3:00pm to 3 am. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by us.

Check Out: 10:30am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our unapproved late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:30am. Additionally, if you check-out after 12:30 pm without approval, then you will need to pay a fee equal to half a full day.

6) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. We will try our best to collect and recover them for you if you notify us. We are not responsible for any sort of shipping cost in order to retrieve said items.

7) Pool: Never leave children unsupervised; No broken glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found in pool.

8) Parking:
There is a carport for 3 cars, and concrete pad for even more parking right in front of the house. The whole road approaching the house is privately owned by the home, as well as the extra pad in the back, parking in/along said areas is fine.

This property contains an exterior camera at the top lot, and an exterior camera in the back patio, which is monitored if and ONLY if we have suspicion of an unauthorized event.

To protect the home and ensure all guests understand the property rules, guests are required to complete our short rental agreement through Hostaway after booking and before check-in. The agreement includes occupancy limits, house rules, noise/event restrictions, smoking/pet policies, damage responsibility, and checkout expectations.

A refundable damage authorization hold may also be required before check-in. This is a temporary card authorization hold, not an upfront charge, and is released after checkout provided there are no damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, smoking, unauthorized guests, parties/events, or house-rule violations.

Failure to complete the required rental agreement and any required damage authorization hold before check-in may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with Airbnb policies.
