    Tucked away in a quiet Beverly Hills cul-de-sac, this stunning 8-bedroom modern estate offers over 6,000 sq ft of luxury living. Soaring ceilings, walls of glass, and designer finishes create a bright, open vibe. Enjoy a chef’s kitchen, resort-style pool, lush backyard, and a separate pool house. Perfect for families, groups, or entertaining in style. This one of a kind retreat blends high end design with comfort and space to relax, gather, and make unforgettable memories.



    The Space:

    The property is very private, you will have full access to the entire home and the back yard.



    Other Things to Note:

    Heated Pool: Please note that there is a fee of $400 for the first night and $200 for every additional night.



    Events, gatherings, and filming: Please inquire to get approval before booking.



    Please note, the pool is not gated and has no lifeguard on duty. Use at your own risk. Guests are fully responsible for their own safety and must supervise children at all times. The host is not liable for any accidents or injuries.

A great venue for large groups, peaceful quiet location although requires a taxi to get anywhere, bear that in mind. Pool was fine to use without heating So many cupboards in the kitchen it took some time to find everything, and even when a few things were missing, they replaced them almost immediately. A lovely property, would highly recommend.

The house isn't really of 8 rooms, the pool restroom is for 3 rooms and it is outside the house. The common Bathrooms are inside other rooms. The pool is nice, and the common areas are comfortable, as the rooms, are the worst, theres not even curtains in the rooms.

The house was perfect for a group of 10 people and very spacious. However the main living room furniture is very uncomfortable as well as the very hard mattress in the master bedroom.

The property itself is visually beautiful, spacious, and located in a great area. However, we experienced several maintenance and upkeep issues during our stay that affected the overall experience.One dishwasher drawer repeatedly displayed an error and could not be used, the trash compactor was not working, and a smoke detector began beeping during the stay. After rain, we also noticed water leaking from a windowsill which resulted in water on the floor in an upstairs bedroom.In addition, some areas of the home showed wear that should likely be addressed for a property at this price point, including loose kitchen faucets, damaged flooring near the balcony and bathroom areas, a hole in the wall in the master bedroom from the door handle, and stained rugs and a pillow in the living room.To their credit, the management team did offer to send maintenance during the stay. Because we were traveling with a young child and had a full schedule, we chose to work around the issues rather than interrupt the trip.Overall, the home has great potential, but more attention to maintenance and quality control would significantly improve the guest experience.
