Lovely comfortable home

Beautiful views, great location, terrific light throughout the day. Excellent host who responds quickly to all questions. Most of the home is as described. However, several areas could use refreshing such as the front patio. The back deck was lovely, and had beautiful views. The entire house felt very private, even though it was in a populated neighborhood. The house felt very spacious.

Spring Break 23

House was amazing, great location, great views, house is on the older side so could use some upgrades and a few more amenities such as a Keurig machine, nicer pillows but not the end of the world. Besides all the rain, all in all was a nice getaway. Owner was great and met all of our needs.

Our second visit

We love this house for our family. Walkable for restaurants, not so hard to drive to our daughter at USC or to visit friends in Malibu. We love the view too. We will be back!!!

Great theatre trip and big city

Location and view were wonderful. Be aware that house can only accommodate one car easily. Street parking is difficult for an extra medium size car.

Perfect spot for an LA visit

We were visiting our daughter at USC over Thanksgiving week. This was a perfect spot for us (we weren’t trying to be near USC). Beautiful view from the balcony, close to Sunset and walkable to restaurants. Kitchen sufficient for cooking our thanksgiving dinner. And Michael was very responsive and helpful. We hope to be back here again.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

This house had everything we needed. It was clean with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and great water pressure. I had a few questions and Michael was very responsive. All in all, a great trip to LA.

West Hollywood Wind Down

Our group of four loved “the feel“ and design of this place. Modern lay-out, spacious. and all rooms geared to visitors taking in the view from the Hills. We made good use of the kitchen, fire places and balcony. Michael - our host - very gracious and always responsive.

Beautiful and centrally located to the best restaurants and shopping in West Hollywood.

I enjoyed our stay with my husband and a family friend. We sat on the deck for morning coffee and evening glasses of champagne. Highly recommend this lovely place and would definitely stay again. Btw the kitchen would accommodate a lovely dinner in. Next time!!

wonderful location, well maintained, beautiful views and well stocked

My wife, daughter and I come to LA often to visit our two sons and grandson, who live nearby in Hollywood. We have tried different housing options over the past two years looking for the optimal fit. This home fits the bill best by far. Panoramic views, good layout, outdoor space better than the norm for hill properties, and excellent convenience to food and sites and other forms of shopping. Kitchen is well stocked and the home well maintained. Nothing is perfect of course. There is no real TV. There is a screen and you can access your streaming services through the apple TV app. No cable in other words and no local stations either. Both bathrooms which are quite good are on the lower floor ensuite in the bedrooms. So guests visiting have to go downstairs to access any bathroom and go through a bedroom. Not a criticism; just a fact one should be aware of in making plans for one's stay. Michael, the proprietor is very good, easily accessible and helpful. Check-in is easy and service, as needed, is prompt. A good deal of thought has gone into aesthetics and comfort and it matters. We'd happily return as this home provides a manageable living space with great hillside views without sacrificing convenience. I would recommend adding cable TV service to complement accessibility to streaming services, the addition of a blender, perhaps a serving tray or two, but these are nitpicks and are more important to longer term renters. Best experience we've had in LA through VRBO

Great House in a Great Location. Close to a lot of restaurant all within walking distance on the Sunset Strip. We stayed at the house with our two young boys, and it is in a very safe neighborhood and area. Convenient to the beach and Universal Studios. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks
