  • Near downtown LA, supermarket, LAX. Near 10 and 60 freeway.Safe community. No limit street parking. Owner live in next door easy to get help. Walk to city park in 5 minutes. Bus station on the street. there are one room at first floor and three rooms at scend floor.

The place is incredible. My family and I absolutely loved it; I would definitely come back. It’s a great spot—and very clean, too! It has everything you could need and is extremely well-equipped. I recommend it 10 out of 10.

This was a great unit, over all it was a nice and clean place. There was plenty of room for my family of 8. There were plenty of extra blankets and the kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, and appliances. The a/c worked amazingly as well! No assigned parking, just parking free parking on the street so first come, first serve. The surrounding area was quiet and close to stores, food, and gas. I had a question about what apartment unit it was as it wasn’t told to me in the check in info. Thankfully there was a sweet older gentleman that lived in the apartment next door and communicated to me which unit was for my family and I. I would definitely recommend this property and would book again.

Arrived with a track team for the big Arcadia track meet. Excited to find an affordable place 20m from the track. Very quiet area which was great. House offered plenty of sleeping spaces and extra towels, blankets etc which was very nice. It was very bare bones but was great for a two night stay. I would just suggest a good cleaning of the walls, other than that it was very clean…especially the floors. They had lots of kitchen appliances so that was nice to have the options. Ac worked great. Overall very happy with our stay and would stay again.

Overall, the space was clean, comfortable, and located in a very nice neighborhood with several restaurants within walking distance and an AMC theater about 12 minutes away on foot. The beds were comfortable, and the home accommodated our family well.However, there were a few issues that future guests should be aware of. Parking was limited to street parking only, which was challenging at times. Considering the price we paid, having dedicated or easier parking would have been appreciated.The listing advertised a washer and dryer, but access required contacting the owner each time. This was the first rental I've stayed in where laundry access wasn't readily available to guests, so we chose not to use it. I believe the listing should clarify this requirement.One downstairs bedroom was open to the kitchen area and had no closet space or dressers for storing clothes. There was only a half bathroom downstairs, while the three bedrooms and two full bathrooms were located upstairs.The refrigerator did not produce ice, although the host thoughtfully provided a bag of ice. We also had to reach out to the host for arrival instructions, as they were not provided in advance as expected.As a family traveling with autistic children, accurate listing details are especially important to help us prepare and avoid unexpected challenges. While we enjoyed the neighborhood and found the home generally comfortable, greater transparency regarding parking and laundry access.
