“This was a perfect oasis just a little way away from the chaos of my event. Nice big bathtub. Spotless clean, great bed. The entertainment area outside with a view was great for me to decompress. I found cheap easy parking not too far away, and used the Lime rentals to tear around the city. 100% a pleasure in all aspects.”

“Great location in Downtown LA. Close enough to uber to the Convention or Crypto arena, but far enough away to enjoy the local spots in LA, like Uncle John's and the Last Bookstore. I enjoyed having everything we needed walking distance from the apartment. The apartment was roomy for 6 people and we enjoyed how peaceful it was in the building. Parking isn't guaranteed and you have to figure that out on your own, but we were able to find open spots the majority of the stay, and only had to pay...

The location is perfect for enjoying the LA Arts District, with many great restaurants, several galleries, the Geffen Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) and other places of interest nearby. The host was attentive and responsive to our questions, the place was super clean and the air-conditioning was nice and cold! What more do you need?”

“VRBO gave me the wrong address of this listing. I had to wait until I was almost there to find out exactly where to meet the guy checking us in. "Pull off to the side of the street and put your hazard lights on until I open the gate for you." I had to wait in the car next to a red curb hoping not to get a ticket. After he let us into garage and brought us to the apartment, we were told that anytime we wanted to enter the garage, we needed to text the host so he could open gate remotely. Each...

8/10 Bra
"Loved it! Stayed for a few days for a conference in DTLA so the location was perfect. The only thing I missed was a curtain for the bunkbeds - as to not be disturbed when roommates turn on the light and move about the room. The gym was nice and the kitchen area in the basement too. Pool in the roof was really cool. Overall, the facilities feel fresh and just top notch."
