“Joe is a superb host--very friendly and helpful without intruding and accommodating when we unexpectedly needed a key for the cottage.The place was clean and bright and had what we needed for lots of cooking and eating there. Some rentals are sterile, and this had color and decor that made it feel warm.Our favorite feature is the little seating area outside. We enjoyed it multiple times. One small note for future guests: the house rules ask you to wash your dishes before leaving, but the only sink available is in the bathroom, which can feel a bit awkward for dishwashing.
