“Location is everything! Just off the main shopping/restaurant street in downtown Capitola and a 1 minute walk to the beach. Comfortable stay with everything we needed. My only suggestion would be a different heating system for the downstairs living area. It never warmed up. The floor heaters worked great upstairs. ”

I was there for a few days for work, and coming home to this wonderful studio just made relaxing that much better. The location was also nicely situated, being close to everything I needed, especially the good restaurants. 5 out 5, I would definitely stay here again.”
