“The customer service was very good. Nice and clean lobby. When checking in I asked for a room close to the pool if possible and they gave a room within a few feet of the pool door. The room was quiet, No noise from other rooms or the pool. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was clean as well. My only concern was the broken shelf on the bathroom vanity. I only mentioned it to them to make sure I get my security deposit back and they offered me a whole new room which...
“Beautiful, new, comfortable, safe and convenient. Besides the lack of close bars and restaurants we had everything we needed. Of course the city is uber friendly we were just too early for some of the new bars and restaurants being built. Really enjoyed our stay. I would consider staying at another Roost down the road. ”

“By home away from home- and always never lets me down- the staff are always friendly and welcoming and the place is so convenient to the water and my Irish pub and the water taxi is just around the corner and the deli next door has good reasonable food if you don't want to dine out. And the cinema is at the corner next to an icecream shop- what else does one need?”

Our only advice is to please have some free coffee available in the lobby, an try to improve the breakfast at the restaurant on site - that was not a good experience (actually was a pretty bad experience) on what is an otherwise superb hotel!”
