“Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and Billy was great, but we were unimpressed with several parts of the unit and a big inconsistency with the listing. The biggest issue for us was that there was not in fact a “sofa bed” or a “double futon” in the unit as the verbiage in the listing stated in a couple different places, but instead a queen size air mattress in the top of the bedroom closet that we had to blow up and deflate daily for my daughter to use. “The description said 1 queen bed and 1 futon. There was not a futon, it was an air mattress instead. Would not have booked if we knew it was an air mattress and at that price point, that was not appealing. ”

“David was by far the best host I have come across. There was an issue with the place we originally booked and he saved us at the last minute. Not to mention the property itself was beautiful. We loved drinking our coffee in the morning on the balcony with an incredible view. The vaulted ceilings in the upstairs bedrooms were also beautiful. This villa was definitely the highlight of our stay. Great location as well.”
