Resorter i Lucea

“Room service was good and service staff great. Consistently exceptional service was experienced at Miss Lou's from Ambrosia and Jonathan. It helped that this bar provided high-end drinks as well as high-end customer service. I would consider another stay at this property, especially if the buffet food quality could be improved.”

“We had ants and other bugs in our room. Every bar in the resort will run out of liquor and wouldn’t replenish till the next day. Excuses were made for being understaff. Some of the personal work alone, especially at the food truck. I wouldn’t recommend.”

“This resort is amazing and I will definitely return. The room was clean, staff friendly and attentive, my view was the best I’ve ever had. Food was excellent A+++”

“For older crowd, we were 24 and 25 and had a good time but it’s not lively and it’s very quiet and relaxing. No pool had more than 5 people at a time if any.”

“Great food”

“Stora rymliga rum. Dock ingår INTE solstolar på stranden, maten är allt annat är bra. Absolut inte värt pengarna för många brister för att det ska kännas som all inclusive.”

“A woman at the frontdesk with big red glasses were very unfriendly and rude to us when we wanted help with changing room. She said our issue was unsolvable, but we got help the day after by woman with a great servise attitude. The food were more or less the same everyday. ”

“All was good but nothing outstanding.”

“The ladies in the reception were suuuper nice”

“The room was sooo nice, like a bungalow. Clean , and the bed was comfy. The beach is amazing and the hotel is nice, even the gym, you got what you need. It’s expensive inside the hotel but across the street you have the supermarket, some souvenir shops , coffeeshop , atm and restaurant. That one was expensive tho. It’s about 7 min with car to the town , it’s very small. I would recommend sweet spice or corner bar, small local places where you can get local food to a very good price. Otherwise...

“Det mesta fungerade bra, men luftkonditioneringen förde oväsen. Bra parkering fanns det också.”

“We stayed here for 8 nights for our honeymoon. The room was nice and clean, although they were not straightforward about the room being 2 beds instead of 1 despite paying the $69 room selection fee. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but the higher-ups were not eager to go above and beyond. There was a complication with getting the complimentary honeymoon package and there was no real effort made to resolve it so we got the special honeymoon dinner and that was it. The beach view...
