“The room was OK but not great for the price. Extra daily “amenity” charges by the property were a surprise. We needed to leave a day early and the property wasn’t very helpful. They said I had to work with Expedia and Expedia said I had to work with the property to cancel the last day of my stay. In the end, it was too much hassle and I just paid the extra day. Not a great experience with either Expedia or the property.”

“Esta linda la habitación, pero no está limpia.. el personal es grosero y a la salida no nos dieron el depósito porque lo dimos en efectivo y tenían que esperar a otra persona... Teníamos que salir a carretera temprano por lo tanto se quedaron con el dinero y al número que nos podíamos comunicar para el reclamo no contestan Para que consideren dejar el depósito en tarjeta”

“Hotel Granduca was as lovely as allways. The quite and lovely poolarea and the restaurant is really different from other hotels we have visited. The rooms are big and luxurious but the best thing with Granduca is the staff, totally outstanding! We will allways stay here when returning to Houston. /Mia and Patrick, Sweden”
