"Our sink was stopped up and after letting them know it took nine hours to fix. It was a bit of a chaotic hotel with bags of laundry left in the hallways and lots of messes. Not a very special experience. Oh and the sink had two hot waters. No cold."

"No human beings at the service counter. You need to use AI to check in. I don’t like talking to a TV set to check in and get my keys. One lady had a complete meltdown, cussing and swearing at that machine."
