"Otroligt söliga hissar vilket blev irriterande när man fick stå och vänta väldigt länge. Känns som ett hotell som vill ha bra service men som mest leder till att det blir sämre. Tex så sa dom att vårt bagage lämnas på rummet, men efter att ha sökt dom två gånger så fick vi går ner och hämta det själva efter 2 timmar. Hade varit enklare att ta med det själv direkt. Kaffe och te serverades av personal vid frukost, men frustrerande när det tog tid och att dom ibland inte förstod vad man ville ha. Det konstigaste var att personal kom in i rummet på kvällen, skrämde min son och sprang iväg utan att förklara varför hen kom in i rummet. Om de nu har kvällskontroller så borde dom kunna informera om det innan. Bra läge, precis vid eifeltornet."

"Hi, Had a wiondeful stay at the Rayz Eiffel Hotel. Great location, love the Reu Cler for shopping, coffee or dinner. The rooms we great, nice beds and so good with a small kitchenette. We had the lovely breakfast on the rooftop. The only thing could asked for was a cleaner rooftop. It is a lovely place with magic views but it need some love such as flowers, some lights and most of all daily cleaning. For me it should be cleaned before breakfast and also before evening when the guests arrived. Will we stay there again -absolutely. "

"My wife, our 8-month-old daughter, our dog, and I stayed at Alfred Sommier for two nights. This was the second time my wife and I stayed here, and I have to say—it was even better this time. The hotel is located close to Galeries Lafayette, L’Opéra Garnier, and Rue Royale, making it perfect for anyone who loves to stroll and explore Paris. This time, we arrived by car and were offered parking, which was very convenient. Since we were traveling with our daughter and dog, we opted for a deluxe room. Just like the rest of the hotel, the room was beautifully decorated in keeping with the overall style of the building, while blending modern comfort with contemporary design. The staff were professional and friendly—from our initial phone contact to check-in, housekeeping, and breakfast service. Our dog was welcome everywhere in the hotel, and there was no extra charge, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast is wonderful. Personally, I prefer quality over quantity, and at Alfred Sommier, you get both. There are plenty of options, but above all, everything is of the highest quality. I’ve tried many croissants, but I’ve yet to find one better than the one served at this hotel. We are very happy with our stay and will definitely return—and we’ll be recommending your lovely hotel to friends and family visiting Paris."
