rooms were not ready until exact checkin time which created a cluster and wait in the lobby for everyone. I did not receive my VIP bottle of wine as promised and the rooms don't feel as plush as they did before the remodel.

Hotel Granduca was as lovely as allways. The quite and lovely poolarea and the restaurant is really different from other hotels we have visited. The rooms are big and luxurious but the best thing with Granduca is the staff, totally outstanding! We will allways stay here when returning to Houston. /Mia and Patrick, Sweden

This hotel is superior in every way. Old school elegance, guests are their priority! We had dinner and stayed one night to go to see a play the next day. They upgraded us to the PH suite, kept our bags after check out while we went to the show. Walking distance to every venue. Valet parking superb. Can’t rave enough about this hotel. Restaurant is also excellent.
