“I WAS GIVEN A DIFFERENT PROPERTY”

“The house was set back from the main house and the main road. This house was one of 3 mews, recently built at the back of the main house with an access road leading up to the mews. Parking wasn't a problem. The house was very warm with toilet and basin downstairs and a bathroom with both bath tub and shower upstairs. The 2 bedrooms had double and king size beds and third bedroom had 3 large single beds. All the people in our party of 6 liked the house. From the house, all the site seeing...

“Perfect place and very quite lovely and cosy. Thanks Richard👍👍”

“It is a very nice house over 3 floors and the location is very good for the town centre and harbour, however it was very very noisy from lots going on outside and someone had broken into a car displaying a disabled badge and smashed two windows, the street is narrow and you will do well to get in and out of the garage. Facilities at the house were very good but it's way over priced”

“The house was clean, well equipped, and in a great location for exploring Poole and the surrounding areas. Communication was fast and helpful - recommended.”

“Good location for using bus and train, able to leave car on driveway. Nearby supermarkets. Comfortable, clean home, quiet area, extremely happy with our short break. Thank you.”

“Great house, very central and beautifully decorated. Team really responsive and lovely Comms. Thank you Joe and team.”

“Overall really disappointed. Good location and functional but upon checking in there were obvious stains in the bedroom and landing. When we tried to sleep all we could smell was urine. The stains are clearly where a dog has urinated, there are multiple patches in the bedroom and also on the downstairs rug and the smell is significant. I reported to the host who offered to send someone around. A couple of hours later I got a response to say they were aware of the problem, knew about the...

“We stayed at this accommodation for several days and had a very comfortable and relaxing experience. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay. While the cleanliness could have been a little more detailed, it did not significantly affect our time there. Additionally, some of the kitchen items—especially the knives—were a bit difficult to use, which made food preparation less convenient. That said, the location was excellent, the rooms were spacious, and the property comfortably accommodated...

“The house was outstanding, probably the best we’ve ever experienced. It is exceptionally clean, comfortable for our family of 5, and convenient to the sites in the area. We would stay there again if we return.”

“The main door is awkward. The joining instructions said the indoor handle might break if the door is opened too wide without care. The handle was broken before we arrived, but still operated. The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability. Similarly, the main door, although perfectly wide for a wheelchair doesn't have a ramp, so there is a step, perhaps a surprise for a ground floor property. The bedrooms could do with chairs. The property details folder was on the...

“Beautiful house and we enjoyed our time there , only complain being there was no TV and we wanted to watch FIFA. But otherwise we were very comfortable. Thankyou”

“Lovely clean modern house, although it’s sleeps six it’s really only comfortable for four, the seating downstairs is not adequate for six but comfortable for four, the house is very reasonably priced and good location, could use a towel rail or ring in the downstairs cloakroom and would benefit from toilet roll holder, easy check in and check out.”

“Excellent cottage! Super quirky and perfect for a large group. My husband’s family all met at the Langham vineyard (jut 8 minute’s drive up the road from the accommodation) to celebrate his 50th ; adults, kids, dog…we had a wonderful time and carried on the celebrations with an evening of chat in the comfortable lounge and some food in the spacious dining area before heading to bed (all 10 of us). Martin was a wonderful host, very quick responses and super accommodating. The whole area is...

“The house was recently tastefully renovated, extremely clean and in pristine condition in a very good location close to the shops of Westbourne and the beaches. The actual house was in an unusual situation in the grounds of a church hall next to a church - which wasn't evident in the description - there was plenty of parking. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in the house. The garden furniture had not yet been delivered so we didn't use the garden which didn't matter as it was a...
