Good location and service. Hope they find a better type of fire detector that doesn’t light up the entire suite al night.. Understand the need for at detector, but unfortunately the light was brighten the lamp by the bed..

We had our worst stay ever in this place. DO NOT trust the pictures. Our room looked nothing like the pictures. There’s no outdoor pool even though the second picture provided shows one. Rooms were dirty, plates and cutlery were dirty, floors were dirty, bathroom were dirty (feces around the we), beds were unbelievably uncomfortable and the room smelled bad. The staff were as unprofessional as they come. First, we were moved to another property (in the middle of a construction area) without being consulted. At first they told us that they had just given us the wrong address. Later we were told that they moved us due to over booking. Then we asked to gain access to the sun terrace and outdoor pool and first they said that they didn’t have these amenities. Then we were told that they indeed had them but that we couldn’t get access due to new internal rules. Then they told us we could get access and then they changed their mind AGAIN and wouldn’t allow us to access. If you wish to enjoy your stay in Toronto. Don’t stay here. The management rude, ignorant and will not hesitate to treat you like garbage.
