“Beautiful building and interior, nice food (breakfast) and drinks, very comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms (1 and 2). When it comes to service at the hotel, we felt that the will is there, but there is a lack in the execution. ”

“Great stay and super friendly staff. This is a very welcoming space for queer people. The breakfast was probably the highlight as there was a lot of options and fresh food. The fruit and juice was great and we tried almost all of the items on the menu. We got the handicap room and it was spacious. There was one time a bug from likely the drain but we captured it and the cleaners took care of it. There also was a lot of mosquitoes randomly but i’m not sure if that was just for our room. “The property was clean and close to every thing. The staff was very friendly helpful and would help with everything we needed. My only complaint was that the kitchen had very little in it. Of course we could ask and they would get what we needed but i hate asking all the time. The kitchen needs to be stocked with what is needed. ”

“The apartment it self was very nice and spacious and still gave you a great view of the city. It was pretty quiet to sleep in at night and the bedrooms were well equipped and comfortable. The staff were always tentative and helpful. The area is pretty walkable to most of the areas and a lot of place to eat and shop at. Its busy at noon but dies down in the evening. Overall it was a great stay”

“The hotel is located in a brilliant spot. Easy access to shopping, the big square, the Mirador, museums, food etc etc. Easy to take a Tube/taxi to other areas. Staff friendly, reception, restaurant and cleaning services but the hotel is a bit "tired". The water pressure in the shower was extremly low, the floor in the room not wet wiped very well and the quality of the breakfast left things to wish (one beeing that scrabled eggs etc not hot). Slept alright and wi fi was working good.”
