Red Roof Inn Cleveland - Mentor/ Willoughby
"This visit was a little disappointing. There was no soap in the room and the bathtub appeared that it hadn't been cleaned. I was told to park in front of the of the assigned room, but when I arrived there at 7 o'clock there was no space there."

"Very easy, inconvenient check-in, a quiet and comfortable little area with plenty of options of things to do if you plan to stay for more than a few days. Also very accommodating to quick one night stays if needed."

"Check in is different, there isn't anyone there to meet you. The process is through a text on your phone and that's difficult if your cell service isn't great.
