The Space:
Upon entering the apartment, you will find the entrance corridor, fitted with some big wardrobes. Right at the end of it, you will find the huge open space that is split into different areas. The seating area comes with a comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs. The dining area has a big table for up to 6 people. Right next to it, the open kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you may need during your stay such as an oven, stove, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a coffee machine amongst others. Next to the ample and nice kitchen island, there is a reading area that faces one of the 3 balconies of this room, consisting of 2 black leather armchairs. These 3 small balconies overlook the lively Santa Isabel street below and flood the space with lots of natural light.

Adjacent to the living area, the TV room counts with one of the 2 full bathrooms of the apartment, fitted with a walk-in shower. The modern washing and drying machine is located in this room. The spacious bedroom, located on the other side of the living area, comes with a queen size bed and large built in wardrobes with lots of space for personal belongings. The bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink area with a mirror and bright lighting. The bedroom also counts with its own balcony.

Antón Martín and Huertas are trendy, happening areas, with streets filled with coffee shops, bakeries and design stores. Located between Paseo del Prado and Atocha and Puerta del Sol and the most historic part of Madrid, this is a perfect location to go walking almost everywhere in the city center, having most of the sightseeing spots, museums, shopping areas, restaurants and the Retiro Park at a convenient short walk from the apartment.

Getting Around:
Antón Martín metro stop (L1) is just 2 minutes away from the unit by foot. Atocha station (metro, bus and train lines) is 10 minutes walking from the unit.
