If the guest decides to leave the apartment before the scheduled checkout date, NO REFUND will be issued for the remaining balance. Oshun Apartments will not be held liable for any damage suffered by the guest due to misuse of the apartment. (Losses due to fire, theft, or criminal acts.) Oshun Apartments will not be liable for any items left behind after checkout; therefore, we recommend thoroughly checking the apartment’s facilities before leaving. It is prohibited to hold parties, play music at high volumes, or misuse the apartment; otherwise, you may be evicted from the property without a refund of your security deposit or the amount corresponding to the remainder of your stay. Quiet hours are daily from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Customer service hours for requests and inquiries are from 10:30 AM to 7:00. Guests renting the apartment must behave in a civil and respectful manner toward the apartment and its facilities, as well as toward the neighborhood community, since the apartments are located in private buildings; otherwise, you may be evicted from the property without the right to future claims or any type of compensation. This will result in the forfeiture of the remaining rent and the refundable security deposit.
