OUTSIDE:

The outside is very versatile, striking and exotic. On one side, on the banks of a heated swimming pool with 3 waterfalls, shower and jacuzzi, there is a porch with hammock area and margarita bar with bamboo finishes. Also, in the lower exterior part of the property, you will be able to enjoy a barbecue area and wood ovens where you can eat at a solid wood table and two toilets. On the other hand, in the upper part, also outside, there is a large chill-out area with a solarium, hammocks, armchairs and views of the Batres mountain. Next to it, there is a pond with exotic fish surrounded by vegetation, a bamboo walkway and a wooden bridge that crosses the pond. In addition, it is worth mentioning that the estate has ambient music (both indoors and outdoors), so that you can transport yourself and relax during your stay at the villa.





INTERIOR:

On the ground floor, the property has a fully equipped kitchen open to a living room with fireplace, armchairs, folding sofas, sofa bed and a projector screen with surround sound. On the same floor, there is a mini bar with billiards and a bathroom with double waterfall shower, toilet and sauna.
