El departamento es limpio, amplio, luminoso, cómodo , después de muchos días viajando fue el ideal Para descansar un poco. Súper céntrico, cerca de supermercados y mercados, ampliamente recomendado.

Probably the best of the four places we stayed during our vacation. The location in La Latina was perfect, very central, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, taxis, buses, and the metro. The historic building was beautifully maintained, with an elevator, washer, and dryer, and the apartment itself was spotless, well cared for, and had everything working perfectly. The only downside was the sofa bed, which was quite small, hard, and difficult to set up comfortably for sleeping. Replacing it with a better sofa bed would make this place even better. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

Localização muito boa, acomodações ótimas, bem arejado e silencioso o apartamento. Apenas não foi bem o contato inicial para solicitar que deixássemos as malas até nosso horário de chek in. Por três vezes tentamos entrar em contato e não recebemos retorno. A cortina do box do banheiro é curta e permite que haja muitos respingos no chão.

Dies ist eine super moderne und sauber Unterkunft bzw. Wohnhaus. Man kann die Innenstadt bequem zu Fuß erreichen, eine Metro Station ist ebenfalls ganz nah um die Ecke. Wir haben nur Abstriche wegen des Bades bzw. Toilette gemacht, da diese keine Privatsphäre bietet. Die Toilette ist leider nur mit einer Glastür abgetrennt. Ansonsten haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Würden wieder kommen.

property is in a good location on south side of madrid central plaza. lots of trendy restaurants within 15 min walk. Building that it sits in is undergoing construction at least at moment - apartment next door for example - which made things feel a little dusty. Add ons that you might sometimes get are spartan but there is a grocery store few minutes away where you can supplement your needs. Solid accommodations - not glamorous but quite solid.

Great location, easy to get in and out of. Electronic key was pretty rad. Living room is bright and sunny. Definitely the best room in the house.Hosts are super communicative and helpful. I didn't do the winery experience but I had to rate it, so my rating is not a reflection of any actual knowledge.Home could use a refresher and a deep clean, but other than that, really wonderful stay.

Locacion , locacion, locacion.

Piso super centrico 5 min del Palacio Real, de la Plaza. Mayor, restaurantes, estacion del metro, parada del Bus, supermercados y bares. Lo recomendiendo a todos que quieran pasar unos dias en Madrid!

Location, Location, Location!

Small but charming apartment. Comfortable enough. Location is definitely the highlight. Recommend if you are looking for a nice and cozy spot to crash after touring the city day and night.

Girls trip to Madrid

Juan and Bea are some of the very best hosts I have ever encountered! They are friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful. They made every step of the process easy, they checked in on us during the stay and were willing to help with whatever we needed. The apartment is as advertised, in a very convenient location. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend a stay at this property!

La Latina is a great area!

Apartment is small but very clean and as listed. The only negative is the bedroom is right by front door and you can hear people on the stairs as well as the light from the elevator shaft, but solved with a white noise app and an eye mask. Location cannot be beat, we had a wonderful time!

I had a wonderful time! The hosts were nice and easy to communicate with. My only issue is that the sliding door in the shower needs to be fixed. Otherwise it was great

Location! Location! Location!

The apartment is in a clean, comfortable and secure building in a really vibrant part of Madrid - coffee shops, bars and restaurants are moments away. The apartment itself is lovely and ideal for a couple or for a family with small kids (NOT teens) as it is quite open concept with very little bathroom/shower privacy. The unit is a little more about form than function - beautifully done but lacking certain essentials for longer stays like towel racks, drawers to put clothes, and certain kitchen equipment etc.. but overall, we really, really loved our stay. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended

Great apartment in La Latina

Very good location. Apartment is as described. Comfortable spaces in the apartment. Building seems to be all for short term rentals, so they offer with extra amenities as laundry room and gym. Apartment facing the street, which guarantees lots of light. However it is a bit noisy, especially in the weekends. Hosts were prompt to answer all questions we had. I would stay here again.

El apartamento estaba bastante bien aunque las basuras estaban medio llenas de los anteriores huéspedes y no disponíamos de bolsas de basura para reponer las papeleras, a pesar de eso nos llevamos una buena impresión :)
