Surrounded by cinemas, theaters, shops, restaurants, and the city’s main tourist attractions, it is the perfect place to fully enjoy Madrid.

It is a practical and functional 33 m2 apartment for 3 people, ideal for up to three guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



It is located on the second floor and the building has a lift.



The bedroom is spacious, has a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding and space to store your belongings.



In the living room you will find a comfortable single sofa bed, television and a small dining area.



All the accommodation is equipped with split air conditioning hot/cold.



You have a modern and spacious bathroom with hydro-massage shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the bed.



The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.



The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 3 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.



The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.
