    The house is located on the 4th floor of a building with elevator, very bright and quiet.

    The apartment is newly renovated and has 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed), living room, 2 bathrooms and a separate and fully equipped kitchen. Features TV and wireless

    You are located in the quiet street behind the Gran Via in the popular district of Malasaña, and perpendicular to the street Fuencarral, be close to the best restaurants, the best bars, museums and theaters. And in one of the best places to go shopping.

The apartment was great in a central location. It was comfortable and well air-conditioned (we were there during a heatwave wave). The staff were helpful. I would stay there again.

The location is excellent and the place is very clean and tidy. The layout of the place is a little awkward with the dorrs but nothing can be done to fix it. Small complaint about the door lock to the apartment, it sometimes didn't open so we had to use the app 2 or 3 times to get it open. Definitely worth it to stay in this great location.

On arrivail, there was no one to greet us and we had no instructions. I contacted the host thru the VEBO app. To be sure we were at the right location. Still relcieved, no Info like be sure to take key with you. We later learned someone was supposed to be there. This site uses a Hoonvip app to open 2 doors. Main and apartment. I t worked a few time then failed. I contacted the host AND VRBO. We were locked out, and received no responce from the host. Not until afternoon the next day. We had nothing but our phones and wallet. VRBO came thru and got us into a hostel. Not the best but a place to shower and sleep. Be very carefull when considering this place. Azedine is not resonce and they do not answer the phone. They could have had the person come that same day if they responded.

Appartement correct. Nécessite quelques travaux d'embellissement. 2 salles d'eau dont une sans chauffage. Pas de lampe de chevet au lit. Immeuble correct avec ascenseur bien situé dans centre a 5 minutes du métro Note : 11 /20

San Onofre 1 apartment

Location is central to many sites. Apartment is not well maintained. Customer service was TERRIBLE. Written requests and phone requests for assistance were ignored. Managers, Paula and Leticia, were extremely rude. She answered the phone by asking, "What do you want?" Check in was a nightmare. If not for the kindness of an extremely kind native speaker, we would not have gained access to apartment. We strongly advise against this renting this apartment because of the management.

Nice Apartment, difficult to get information

The apartment was very nice and clean. It is in a very good location for getting around. However, it was difficult to reach the host for information regarding getting the keys, that information was not provided ahead of time, my emails were not answered. I had to call several times to make arrangements.

Sencillo y céntrico

En general la valoración es positiva. La zona inmejorable ya que está totalmente céntrico. Como comentarios negativos señalar que en el inventario que se especificaba en la web aparecía un microondas que no estaba y que tuvimos que reclamar (el segundo día de estancia nos facilitaron uno). El agua caliente era insuficiente para todas las personas que nos alojábamos teniéndonos que duchar por turnos de mañana y de noche. Cuando llegamos al apartamento la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, había polvo por debajo de todos los muebles y camas y los muebles de la cocina estaban bastante pegajosos. Señalar también que nos llevamos una sorpresa cuando abrimos armarios y cajones de los muebles y encontramos ropa de cama y toallas que no parecían estar del todo limpias y estaban enrolladas de mala manera. En general la estancia fue agradable y muy cómoda salvando los detalles anteriores.

We were disappointed in this property

Firstly, this apartment is purported to be 3 bedrooms. The third 'bedroom' is extremely small more like a large closet. The bed is a pull out chair that is very uncomfortable for an adult. Our adult children had to sleep on the couch instead. Also, the apartment was lacking certain basic amenities such as dish towels, pot holders and clothes pins to hang out laundry. We never met the owner or had any contact with him. The agency who represented the owner was not very responsive to our concerns and did not always answer emails or phone calls. Also their English is quite limited. On the positive side, the apartment is in a wonderful location with easy access to major sites and the metro. The two main bedrooms were comfortable. The apartment is quite modern as far as the bathrooms and kitchen are concerned. I would say that for 4 people it is comfortable or perhaps if the 5th person is a young child. The owner needs to add some of the things that are lacking and be more responsive and visible to his clients.
