Estimado Alfonso Mauricio.Agradecemos su comentario y sentimos que su percepción haya sido negativa. El hotel ofrece cuatro botellas de agua de forma gratuita por estancia, dos en el minibar y dos al lado de la cama, además la recepción cuenta con aguas en caso de que de manera puntual necesite otra. Siempre puede disponer de aguas extras pagando el importe correspondiente.En cuanto a su habitación, la reserva era de una habitación superior y termino alojándose en una Deluxe la cual era de categoría superior a la reservada.
