“Besviken på ett 4 stjärnigt hotell! Tråkig frukost med personalen därtill. Dålig städning på rum och allmänna utrymme. Fördel - nära till havet ”

“Unfortunately I did not let the owner know we would be arriving after 7:30pm. Fortunately the people in the neighbouring apartment came in minutes after we got there and telephoned the owner for us. They also gave us access to the internet so we were able to get codes. The other point of note is that the lower part of the building is shabby. But when you get through the doors to the Galene, it is fully renovated. The room was clean, newly renovated, air conditioning was effective, much...

“What else can I say here? EXCELLENCE!!! Our host Gigi was so helpful. We were made to feel at home. Gigi made us the most wonderful breakfast. Gigi is extremely knowledgeable about the area and it's history and speaks 5+ languages. The property has the most amazing view and proximity to Maiori, Amalfi, etc. For American tourists*** this is not like home. This is Italy and more specifically the Amalfi coast. Enjoy the wonders of this delightful seaside community and all it's beautiful sites. For...

“I asked if I could leave my luggage prior to check-in and they were gracious enough to say okay and had the cleaner meet me. The cleaner (maybe as a return “favor”) then asked me if it was okay if it took until 18:00 to fully check in. I guess, but yuck. Supposed to be 1500 iirc. I left my luggage and 3 small items (make up bag, water bottles) in the apartment, and the cleaner threw my sh*t away. I assume she thought it was the previous persons’ stuff, but wth. She coulda asked. The...

“unbelievable experience with the staff and the Villa. Villa greatly exceeded our expectations, along with the very attentive staff and Chef. Concierge could not have been more accommodating. We felt like we were living in "lifestyles of the rich and famous" episode. Couldn't say enough about this special property. ”
