“We enjoyed this beautiful two bedroom property in a quiet section of York near the train station. The hosts were very friendly and communicated with us frequently. They left us a lovely welcome basket, coffee supplies, and milk in the fridge. The property is beautifully furnished and finished. ”

“The house is very convenient for walking to the many attractions of York city centre. It was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom and a good shower. Communcation with the host was excellent. We would certainly recommend!”

"Helt, nytt, rent och lugnt! Bra placerat innanför stadsmuren bära tåget som vi kom med. Det enda som saknades var väskställ på rummet så vi fick ha våra tre resväskor uppställda på det pyttelilla golvet i två dygn. På direkt fråga så meddelade receptionen att hotellet hade te har sådana väskställ. Eftersom hotellet enligt uppgift på hemsidan ska göra allt för gästerna att trivas så tror jag säkert sådana skaffas in till rummen nu 😊. "

"The reception employees were not service minded during check in and out. I arrived at 11 am and asked about the possibility of early check in (anytime before 15:00 even paid for). The receptionist asked for my name and once I gave it, the reply was No, it's fully booked even though: - he didn't even check. - a couple that he helped before me got to check in. - when I came back in the evening and asked for a floor fan, the evening receptionist said he'd look for any available in the "unoccupied rooms". Concluding that morning receptionist lied and the hotel wasn't actually fully booked. "

"Fantastiskt hotell med centralt läge nära tågstationen och allt runt omkring. Otroligt bra service och bemötande av personal. Vi åt på deras fine-dining restaurang "Legacy" som var "top-notch". i klass med Michelin stjärna restaurang. Bra spa med pool, vanlig pool, steam-bastu och vanlig bastu. Jättegod frukost med möjlighet att kunna beställa in olika frukosträtter som Egg Benedict mm. Hotellet hade allt, det enda som jag kunde sakna var en frisörsalong i hotellet, eller en salong som de hade samarbete med för bokning av frisering. "
