Dear guest, kindly note that the unit size is mentioned in clear English in unit description: 291 sq ft we are not sure why you missed to notice it. The photos are taken from the unit itself. None of our previous guests shares any of your 100% negative rate but we do understand you may have different personal or moods motives to rate us this bad it's okay thank you. We try our best to improve our place to maintain the "Excellent" rating which most of our previous guests gave us. Thank you anyways.

Dear sir, With all due respect we are so shocked you saying this. We have explained that we are trying to contact Cable Link (the internet provider) for a week with no response from them. We have been honest and offered to pay for the Wifi-Pocket Solution or 4G Date Mobile Plan in your 3 nights stay. Please note that we are not the service provider and when the service provider customer service is not responding for a week already we didn't stand still doing nothing, we did offer 2 alternatives, we offered to pay the 4G mobile data plan of your choice. We offered to fully pay the cost of the "Pocket Wifi" device temporary solution including the data load cost. We tried our best to help yet all we got from you sir is this 100% negative feedback we so sorry for that. BTW sir you missed to mention that the wifi came back to work second day of your 3 nights stay. Thank you.
