“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

“First of all they advertise they have their own parking lot. While they do, it fits probably only around 15 vehicles and only if they’re compact size. Secondly, I sent a special request that we be able to have a room near the entrance and without stairs since we were there for my husband to have double eye surgery. No one ever contacted me to tell me that we may have to park in a parking garage and then walk to the hotel or tell me the only way to get to our room was up a flight of stairs. ...

“Pretty good place, and large. I bet lots of people get lost in the mazelike corridors, like my kid did. Housekeepers were very friendly and helpful, a big thanks to them. The location is great, right on the walking/bike trail along the river. The pool and hot tub were very good, and there was actually a lifeguard on duty, which you almost never see in a hotel. I did wait in line at check-in for an eternity, because somebody's credit card wasn't working. I get that these things happen, but...

“This hotel has a lot of potential. Some of the Front Desk staff was super accommodating.. It’s a hotel that is figuring out its new status. The name boutique hotel is aspirational at this point, but I’m hoping that the expanded gentrified downtown reaches the hotel so that it can truly own the boutique hotel moniker.”

“Well, It’s good to know you are basically UNDER a busy railroad. With the fan or A/C running, you could hardly hear it in the main bedroom area. It’s run down, nasty box springs, tiny flat screen tv. But beds were comfortable, grounds were maintained fine, staff was helpful when we wanted an early check-in. Stayed with my dog and grandson. It worked.”
