“The host (Arden) is responsive, kind, and supportive in meeting our requests. The house is situated centrally to our needs Berkeley campus, Oakland, grocery stores, etc). We’ve also met a neighbor who was welcoming. The house itself met our basic needs: sleeping, showering, and has basic cooking wares and equipment (if you are like me who cooks every meal then you may want to bring items like seasoning and cooking oil). “Very beautiful and clean home!! Our host was extremely helpful as far as recommendations for wineries and restaurants, however, we were below another property and the upstairs guests kept us awake! A lot of noise and distraction went on every evening, pretty much all night long. This was definitely a reason to consider another rental when we return next year. ”
