“Villa Marena was absolutely perfect for our family. The house is beautiful and charming, perched on a hill overlooking the lake. It is filled with rosemary bushes, grape vines, and fruit trees. Our children barely wanted to leave the property because they were so happy exploring the yard and feeding the ponies up on the hill. It is outside the crowds of Bellagio and feels like a private oasis. Zero complaints. ”

“Our stay at the Greenhouse Villa was perfect to say the least. The house was incredible, beautifully decorated, exactly as described. There was plenty of room for my family of seven. “Beautiful home with two gorgeous terraces. The shower is a bit tight but the main bathroom is overall very nice. Parking is a bit of a challenge but it’s not terrible you just need to orient yourself in the area because there is lots of parking a very short walk from the property. Angelo is an amazing host. Live like a local at this villa!”

The views are spectacular & town of Argegno is so quaint! Umberto prepared the most delicious birthday dinner with the help of Claudio. Must do! “After a whistle stop tour of Rome, we thoroughly enjoyed 4 nights at this villa. The hosts were very welcoming, meeting us and accompanying us to the property as well as providing recommendations as to where to eat and shop for food, plus a very generous welcoming gift of brioche bread on arrival and a bottle of fizz on our last night. After a hectic time in Rome, we all completely relaxed at the villa - it is so remote and peaceful. The villa is very spacious and stays cool during the day...

“This charming and comfortable home was perfect for our visit to Lecco. The views from the house and yard were spectacular, and the charcoal grill permitted us to have a cookout one night. Well equipped kitchen, great toys for the children, very clean throughout the whole home, and very gracious host. “This property is absolutely ideal for a larger group. Our family of 8 adults had an amazing week, lounging at the pool and enjoying dinners both at the indoor and outdoor dining tables. We cooked a few meals and also had a chef come to cook for us one night - a real treat! Maria was very helpful in setting that up. The pool is a dream and the location is absolutely ideal for some great hikes, as well as strolling to the lake and finding morning coffee, snacks, etc.”

“Villa Lucia was very pretty and spacious. Communication was very good and they were super courteous. It is a more quiet neighborhood closer to Como but further from other areas such as Bellagio, etc. there are a few local restaurants nearby but no nearby groceries. Three bathrooms were very helpful, the terraces could have been a little more clean. Otherwise, I highly recommend. ”
