The house itself is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could need. Very comfortable bed, well supplied kitchen, and the surrounding decks are a nice place to relax and enjoy the scenery. A lovely, quiet retreat in the trees!”

Mark is very responsive, and it was easy to find the place and get in. the place is very clean and modern. we love that it is very walkable to downtown with lots of great restaurant options. our son (3.5 yo) loved the place - the twin bed/lounger right next to our bed, the sliding doors, and the basket ball hoop! he actually asked if we can go back to this vacation house next time :)”

The good taste of the owners is manifested in about fifteen interesting original artworks. The kitchen is modern and functional. The unit is exactly as it looks in the listing. “This is the best VRBO experience we have ever had. The apartment was perfect & exactly as pictured. Extra touches like flowers on our arrival were much appreciated. While easy access to Sir Francis Drake Blvd, the location has a feel of being in the woods. I especially loved all the redwood woods outside the studio. Gary Ferronni has also made little, but important, upgrades like adding a window air conditioner i n the living room.
