“Excellent location, peaceful porch swing, tidy home, nice shower. Everything we needed for a short stay to explore the area. Host was responsive and kind! Note the sofa bed for extra guest is a very typical sofa bed in terms of comfort. Living room has less privacy, does have blackout window curtains, one open door to kitchen, door between living room and bedroom is sliding style with gaps. Parking was easy. Would stay again!”

“This historic house is beautifully decorated and had plenty of room. It’s within walking distance of downtown Mystic. We enjoyed the back patio on sunny days and loved walking to our favorite coffee spot “Lis” every morning. This is our second time staying at this house and will always try to reserve it when we return. The hosts are wonderful and responsive.”

“Affordable, fun, relaxing house. Indoor and outdoor things to do. Some pretty glass decor in the dining room, so I easily moved a few things to temporarily kid proof it. A/C in bedrooms, ceiling fans in almost every room. The hosts were very responsive and addressed our concerns exceptionally well.”

“This was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in! Our family (3 yr old, 1.5 and a newborn) had a great fall getaway staying here. The property was extremely clean and so cozy. It really felt like a home away from home. I would strongly recommend staying here and can’t wait to plan our trip back next year! ”

“The location was excellent- easy walking distance to all downtown spots- from the front door to the Bascule Bridge in the center of town is less than 10 minutes. The place itself was great for a couple staying for a few days- big enough to stay in comfortably and very clean/well-maintained.”
