“4 overall stars for a few small issues and preference. kitchen FULLY stocked! Love the little toiletry and kitchen essential kits. FYIs:King bed downstairs -is hard and not comfortable (to me). Maybe because it’s only a mattress on wood platform, no box spring. But bed upstairs is the same and the guests loved it -so just a preference. Also the AC unit is outside window of this room-loud when it comes on. We had our pets which had no issues with the stairs. But we did notice stickers in the yard...

“This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is a lovely home, tastefully furnished and very well stocked. The location is good and it is very handy for fishing or just enjoying the view. A big plus for us is that the back yard is now fenced, so our dog enjoyed his visit, too. ”

“This was my second Time to stay at this property in a month. I was there with a friend in October. I loved the house so much I booked it for this past few days. I love everything about the house. The kitchen is so big and electric plugs everywhere. Even under the sink. I had problems with WiFi at first. The issue was resolved. I recommend this house for a truly clean experience. ”

“This house was perfect for our family of 4! It definitely sleeps 4 more! Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our time there. There was great space in the garage to put our coolers and stuff. This place had a canoe and fishing rods too! The host has put a lot of effort and detail into this property. It is great for a lake front getaway! Highly recommend!”

“The property was lovely and met all our needs. I did aptly misunderstand the listing, and thought there would be 3 bedrooms with beds, when there was 2 rooms with beds, and one with a pull out sofa. “arrived late Tuesday evening. the house was perfect. entered no problem. cooked breakfast next morning and headed to port aransas. was gone until Wednesday evening. everyone slept well. woke up Thursday morning, fixed breakfast and then cleaned up. the ten o'clock check out is a little difficult to meet, but we made it. we would definitely stay again. loved the house. thank you for having us.”

We had 18 total in our party that included 10 kiddos & 8 adults and this house didn't disappoint in keeping all ages entertained from 1yr-62yrs old. While lounging in the pool looking out at the water you would think you were in the tropics(the ocean water was greenish this go around instead of the usual brown lol). “This was a very nice place for us. Really liked that it had a guest room downstairs with its own bathroom, so no one had to share. We really enjoyed our stay. The only things that would be a negative were that there were not any dish towels in the kitchen and there were not any extra rolls of paper towels. Other than that, it was great.”

“Was what I expected. People were great to work with and it was very easy process. The room was very clean. Property is a bit older, but has nice parking. It was a bit out of the way for my purposes, but it is close to the art district, so if that is your thing this place maybe ideal. Also, Rockport isn’t that big, so not necessarily a big deal. ”

“We travel to Rockport for the first time just to have a couple of days of relaxing, and this house was just the right place. We did enjoy the deck. It has window units, not central AC, and ceiling fans in every room, however, if the noise bothers you, the window unit in the main bedroom is noisy. Noise does not bother me”
