âMy sister and I spent just a couple of nights here and truly fell in love with the house and staff. Every interaction was easy and kind, the house was incredibly well kept, and the grounds were gorgeous. It's located a bit out of the way which is perfect for minimizing crowds and noise! Our room was perfectly sized and the bed/bedding comfortable. All in all, a 10/10. Highly recommend to anyone in any stage of life.â
âOverall we had an excellent time at the burn how hotel. We did feel that the rooms could benefit from a little refresh, as some areas looked tired. The staff are simply fantastic! We had a small issue which was sorted very quickly and this was down to the efficiency of all the team. Jack in particular was professional, polite and is a credit to the hotel. Thank you.â
âThis is a lovely hotel in a great location. My room was gorgeous and had the best nights sleep Iâve had in years, as the room is sound proofed. The staff are really friendly and helpful.
Just a few things to be aware of. This hotel is quite expensive to book, and itâs a little cheeky they charge an Additional cost for parking, ÂŁ25 for the night. âBeautiful location, views are stunning on the outside terrace, rooms are lovely whilst small has all you need although would suggest a mirror on the dressing table. Breakfast was lovely, drinks very reasonably priced with a good selection and lovely welcoming staff. â
âFabulous suite, fabulous customer service.
We even got shown around the other suites when we booked out so we could see what other suites are available.
We will most definitely be back. Weâve stayed in other high end boutiques in the area, but this is by far the best. â
