“This property was beautiful on the outside with a great pool scene. It is also conveniently located just steps away from Playa Mamita Beach and 5th Avenue. HOWEVER, internally, the room was quite run down and dirty. Many electrical outlets didn't work. The entire hotel's water was shut of during the middle of the night secondary to reportedly repeated water pump failures explained to me by the manager of the property. “Cons: Unfortunately I am only giving two stars. There is no main pool, it’s under construction and empty. Theres a large tarp over the area where the pool is supposed to be. The website and the amenities are not updated and do not reflect the fact that there is no main pool available. I felt scammed. The rooms and bathrooms definitely need a deep cleaning and did not look like the penthouse rooms in the photos. Dishes were dusty, ceiling fans were dusty, there were dead roaches in the sliding...
