“Nice apartment ”

“Check in was not good for a same day rental. Check in was supposed to be any time after 4:00 PM. I did not receive a "how to check in" message by 6:30 PM when I arrived. It was dark already. The auto-attendant at the reservation confirmation "Help" phone number said that it was after hours and the office was unmanned... but I could send a text. “We spent Thanksgiving weekend with our adult children at Snowbridge. The condo was clean, spacious and well organized with everything that we needed to relax and enjoy our weekend together. It was an easy walk to Blue Mountain Village. We would stay here again. ”

“The unit is nice for a family. It’s comfortable. The location is fine. A couple of comments to improve the service: The kitchen utensils and other stuff we not clean. Particularly forks and knives had to be washed before we used them. The drawers have crumbs or something else. Also, we had questions about the facilities but we could not reach the administrators the day before or the day of our arrival The phones are not answered and the AI help does not work. ”

“I believe i found my new secret hideaway. I cannot praise the hosts and resort enough. The condo gives a luxury cottage vibe and thr location is so scenic. The bonus is all day aceess to the tennis courts and the pool and hott tub. Another bomus was the close proximity to the Blue mountain village. There is also an indian testaurant overlooking the pool atea. The resort is nestled in beautiful trees and backdrop of the hills. The condo itself was comfortable, clean and in tip top shape....

“This place is good value for money. Loved having a kitchen and the TV/fireplace area is lovely. It could use some TLC (peeling paint, old grout, etc). It was cozy and warm, great location. The only downside was the mattress on the bed. It was very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. I ended up sleeping on the sofabed on the third night, which was a bit better but also not great. Would definitely return if the mattress was upgraded.”
